  1. I just take my doona from home instead of a sleeping bag. It’s bulkier, but my setup is around this size, so not an issue. My only bulky item is my queen sized self inflating mattress. Takes up the entire tent, and also my entire back seat. Unfortunately it’s not even remotely comfortable. That’s one thing I want to upgrade.
I also wouldn’t go cheap on a camping chair. It needs to be comfortable, and I find the cheap ones just shred.

  2. Did he just say Yall? Is he a Southerner or an Australian? Oh…. maybe he’s from South Australia. 🤠 Hi from Texas!

  3. Good video. Thank You for showing the different types of pegs, as we are going camping to a new spot for Xmas this year. Was told the ground is very hard and rocky

  4. Half way through doing this for my family. Introducing kids to camping 1 at a time coz they’re still quite young. We went with the Aldi self inflating mattresses. Think they’re $30, possibly $40 each, cheap n cheerful, and the grippy stuff stops you sliding straight off the side.
Lunchbox stove $20 from big green shed, and the cans $5 for a pack.
Great vid, I sure got some great ideas out of it.
